Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix

RC Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix is a dry mix containing ingredients classically found in Bleu Cheese Dressing. The prepared product is a smooth, creamy dressing. To create a "chunky" style dressing, bleu cheese crumble can be added during preparation.

Product Usage

Prepare the product in a mixer using water, mayonnaise and sour cream

To prepare a "chunky" style dressing, add crumbled Bleu or Roquefort cheese, or for a more "mild" version with chunks large curd cottage cheese may be substituted.
