Low Fat Italian Dressing

 

Low fat, low calorie.

A dry mix containing Italian herbs, spices and seasonings. Easily prepared, the finished product has a smooth texture and zesty flavor. It contains 0 grams of fat and only 10 calories per serving. This dressing does not separate.

Product Usage

Prepare product in a mixer using 1 cup sugar, 3 quarts water, and 3 cups vinegar. The flavor profile can be easily varied by using different types of vinegars -- white, balsamic, cider, wine or flavored. A cup of oil may be added for additional yield.

Serve RC Diet Italian Dressing with any green salad. Adding grilled chicken, salmon or shrimp makes a low fat entrée. Use to make pasta or potato salads.
