Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix

RC Hawaiian Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix is a dry product that makes a versatile sauce with a balanced flavor profile with hints of fruit and heat when prepared. This mix is prepared easily with sugar, water and vinegar, and can be served hot or cold. This product contains no added MSG.

Product Usage

RC Sweet & Sour Sauce Mix may be served as is, or seasoned with tropical fruit or other ingredients to create a signature sauce.  This sauce is perfect for stir-frying or it can be used as a dipping sauce for appetizers or hors d’oeuvres. To prepare, mix package contents with sugar, and then add white vinegar and water. Mix until blended. Keep finished product refrigerated.

 Packaging

Product is packaged in a heat sealed pouch. Each container is lot coded.

Product Storage

Store packages in a cool, dry place.

Shelf Life

1 year in dry storage. Prepared product should be used within 1 week.

Sugar, food starch-modified, fructose, soy sauce powder (soybean, wheat, salt), vinegar powder, molasses powder, yeast extract, xanthan gum, salt, soy oil, spices, citric acid, onion powder, natural flavor (medium chain triglycerides, natural flavor), natural flavor (rice bran oil, natural flavor, butter oil, enzyme modified milkfat, soy oil, medium chain triglycerides), sodium citrate, sodium alginate, malic acid, garlic powder, natural flavors, and extractives of paprika.
