Au Jus Gravy Mix

RC Au Jus Gravy Mix is a light brown powder that yields a rich pan-style with the flavor of roasted beef pan drippings. The gravy prepares easily with only water and can be held on a steam table.

Product Usage

Au Jus Gravy is traditionally served with roast beef, prime rib or French dip sandwiches. RC Au Jus Gravy may be used to enrich pan juices from roasted meat. It is excellent for basting roasts, and seasoning meat, soups, gravies and stews. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas.

To prepare, 1 package is added to 1 gallon of water, brought to a boil and briefly simmered.

Packaging

Product is packaged in foil laminate bags with lot number and "packed on" date.

Product Storage

Store packages in a cool, dry place.
