Beef Gravy Mix

 

RC Beef Gravy Mix is an USDA inspected paste product containing roasted beef, beef stock, flour and seasonings. When prepared with water, it creates rich flavorful home-style pan gravy. This product is also available with no added MSG.

Product Usage

Beef Gravy is an ideal accompaniment for roast beef or meatloaf. RC Beef Gravy can also be served with French fries or mashed potatoes. It may also be used as a base for beef stews and casseroles. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

To prepare, 1 jar of RC Beef Gravy Mix is added to 1 gallon of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared gravy can be held on a steam table. Product is packaged in plastic jars with a lot number and "packed on" date.
