Lemon and Garlic Sauce Mix

 

RC Lemon & Garlic Sauce Mix is a dry product containing lemon, garlic, butter and seasonings. Prepared with water and butter, the sauce has a well balanced blend of flavors to serve prepared per the package directions or as a foundation for a signature sauce. This product will hold well on a steam table.

Product Usage

Lemon & Garlic Sauce may be served as is, or seasoned with herbs, wine or other ingredients to create a signature sauce. Make a rich sauce by adding cream to the prepared product, or a unique flavor by adding a variety of mustards. The sauce can be served with chicken, fish, seafood, pasta, rice or vegetables. To prepare, add mix to cold water, bring to a boil, add ½ lb. of butter and simmer briefly. The sauce can be kept on the steam table or refrigerated for later use.

Product is packaged in a heat sealed pouch. Each container is lot coded.
