No Added MSG Demi Glace Sauce Mix

Demi Glace is a classic brown mother sauce. RC Demi Glace Sauce Mix is a light brown powder containing beef stock, vegetables, flour and other seasonings. When prepared with water, it yields rich flavorful brown sauce. This product is also available with added MSG.

Product Usage

RC Demi Glace may be served as is or used as a base for other brown sauces. Marsala, Madeira, and Chasseur are just a few sauces that can be prepared using Demi Glace. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.

To prepare, 1 jar of RC Demi Glace Sauce Mix is added to 2 gallons of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared sauce can be held on a steam table or refrigerated for later use. Smaller quantities may be prepared.

Packaging

Product is packaged in plastic jars or pails with a lot number and "packed on" date.

Product Storage

Store packages in a cool, dry place.
