Mango Flavored Bavarian

Ingredients
- 1½ tsp. Clear Mango Extract
- 1 package Unflavored Bavarian Mix
- 3 cups ice water
Instructions
- 1 Combine ice water (for best results, water should be less than 38°F) with RC Unflavored Bavarian Mix and whip for 1 minute.
- 2 Stop and scrape bowl and add Clear Mango Extract.
- 3 Whip for 5 minutes.
- 4 Ice cold milk can be substituted for all or half the water.
