Serves: 1 gallon/36-3 inch fillings

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts prepared Unflavored Mousse Mix
  • 1½ quarts Mocha Pastry Creme

Instructions

  1. 1 Fold Mocha Pastry Cream into prepared RC Unflavored Mousse Mix.
  2. 2 Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. 3 Pipe like chocolate meringue cookies & freeze.
