Pasta Salad

Serves: approximately 10 portions

Ingredients

  • 1½ tsp. Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 red pepper, julienne
  • 1 green pepper, julienne
  • 1 small red onion, small diced
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 2 ribs celery, small diced
  • 1½ cups mayonnaise
  • 1 lb. small pasta
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2-3 tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
  • 2-3 Tbsp. pickle relish

Instructions

  1. 1 Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain and cool under cold running water.
  2. 2 In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. 3 Add the pasta and toss.
  4. 4 Chill well before service.
