RC Ancho Chipotle Sandwich Sauce Mix is a dry mix containing ancho and chipotle peppers along with other seasonings. The prepared sandwich spread adds this spicy combination of smoky flavors to sandwiches, wraps, paninis and crostinis. This product adds upscale taste and appeal to your menu.
The product is prepared in a mixer using water, crushed tomatoes and full fat mayonnaise. Reduced or Low Fat mayonnaise may be used, although the finished product may be thinner.
RC Ancho Chipotle Sandwich Spread may also be used dry as a rub or to season breading and stuffing. The prepared product can also be used as a dipping sauce, or a topping for entrées.
