A coulis is a thick puree or sauce. Fruit coulis can be used as a dessert sauce or a plate garnish. RC Blood Orange Coulis Mix is a powder containing dehydrated orange juice and blood orange oil. It prepares easily with water to create a flavorful fruit sauce that can be used immediately. It is packed in a 1-pint squeeze bottle, with a dropper top that serves as both a mixing and application container. When dry, the product may be stored at room temperature.
