A dry mix containing dehydrated cream and cream extracts. It is prepared by whipping with ice water. The finished product is a light textured topping that pipes well, will not weep, and tastes like whipped cream.
RC Whipped Topping Mix can be used just like whipped cream. It may be piped or spooned onto a plate or used to top ice cream or fruit. Use Whipped Topping to frost or decorate a cake or pie. Prepared Whipped Topping may be frozen for later use.
To prepare, 1 package is whipped at high speed with 1 quart ice water. For best yield, water used must be less than 38°F. The mixing bowl and whip should also be chilled beforehand. Ice cold milk may be substituted for all or part of the water.

Sugar, partially hydrogenated vegetable oil (coconut, palm kernel, palm and soybean), corn syrup solids, cream powder, propylene glycol monostearate, sodium caseinate (from milk), food starch – modified, acetylated monoglycerides, salt, mono and diglycerides, natural cream flavor, maltodextrin, lecithin, vanillin, and annatto extract (color).
