Chipotle Chile Infused Chocolate Mousse with Creme Anglaise

Ingredients

1 quart prepared Créme Anglaise Mix
2 quarts heavy cream
1 Tbsp. RC Chipotle Chile Flavor Concentrate
1 1-lb. package Mousses (Chocolate)

Instructions

(yields 1 gallon)

Prepare the Mousses (Chocolate) according to the package instructions. Add Ancho Chile Flavor Concentrate during the final 2 minutes of mixing. Pipe mixture into a chocolate tuile and garnish with prepared Creme Anglaise Sauce Mix.
