Mango Flavored Mousse

Ingredients

2 quarts heavy cream
1 package Mousses (Unflavored)
2 tsp. Clear Mango Extract

Instructions

(yields 1 gallon)

Combine heavy cream and Mousses (Unflavored) in a mixer bowl. Whip at low speed for 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl and add Clear Mango Extract. Continue mixing at high speed for 2 minutes until mixture thickens to desired consistency. Mousses are freeze thaw stable. All of them make great frozen desserts. Try filling orange rind halves or melon cups & freezing them for a unique dessert.
