Mango Flavored Whip Topping
Ingredients
2 tsp. Clear Mango Extract
1 package Whip Topping
1 quart ice water
Instructions
(yields 5 quarts)Combine ice water (for best results, water should be less than 38°F) with Whip Topping Mix and whip for 1 minute. Stop and scrape bowl and add Clear Mango Extract. Whip for 5 minutes. Makes a great filling for cannoli, cream puffs & éclairs. Try as a frosting for your favorite cake too. Like RC Mousses, Whip Topping Mix is freeze thaw stable.
