Balsamic Sienna Vinaigrette

Ingredients

2½ quarts salad oil
1 pint water
1 cup sugar
1 pint balsamic vinegar
1 package Siena Vinaigrette

Instructions

(yields 1+ gallons)

Reduce the balsamic vinegar by half and allow to cool. Mix the package contents with the sugar. Place 1 pint of water in a separate mixing bowl. Add the dry mixture and whip for 5 minutes at medium speed. Scrape the bowl, add balsamic reduction and mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add 2½ quarts salad oil and whip for 6 minutes at high speed. Store refrigerated for several hours.
