Cole Slaw Dressing

Ingredients

2½ quarts salad oil
1 quart white vinegar
1 pint water
1 lb. sugar
1 package RC Siena Vinaigrette Dressing Mix
1 Tbsp.+1 tsp. celery seed
1 cup Dill Sauce

Instructions

(yields approximately 1 gallon)

Mix the package contents with the sugar. Place water in a separate mixing bowl. Add the dry mixture and whip for 5 minutes at medium speed. Scrape the bowl, add vinegar, and mix for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add salad oil, celery seed, and chopped dill and whip for 6 minutes at high speed. Store refrigerated for several hours or overnight.
