Ginger Vinaigrette or Marinade

Ingredients

6-8 drops Cilantro Flavor
salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbsp. honey
1/3 cup blended oil
½ tsp. Garlic in Oil
2 tsp. chopped mint
4 tsp. soy sauce
juice of 1 lime
1 tsp. Ginger Puree
1/8 tsp. Lemongrass Flavor

Instructions

(yields 1 cup)

Combine all ingredients and chill for one hour. Adjust seasonings. Use as a salad dressing or as a marinade for chicken, pork or seafood.
