Satay Dressing and Marinade

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. honey
½ tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 Tbsp. Ginger Puree
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. lime juice
½ cup milk
6 Tbsp. chunky peanut butter
¼ cup water
8-10 drops Cilantro Flavor
1 tsp. Coconut Flavor

Instructions

Boil the water and remove from the heat. Melt the peanut butter in the water. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk thoroughly. Refrigerate until service. This recipe is excellent on cold salads or for marinating chicken, fish or pork.
