Ingredients

1 package prepared Bleu Cheese
ΒΌ cup Roasted Southwestern Vegetable Base
2 red peppers, small diced
2 green peppers, small diced
2 medium onions, small diced
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped

Prepare the Bleu Cheese Dressing Mix per package instructions. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
