Fine Herb Sauce
Ingredients
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. chives
1 Tbsp. tarragon
1 Tbsp. chervil
1 cup white wine
3 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
1 quart prepared Instant Brown Gravy
2 Tbsp. softened butter
Instructions
(yields 1+ quarts)Briefly sauté the Chopped Shallots in Oil. Add the wine and herbs and reduce by two thirds. Add the prepared No Added MSG Instant Brown Gravy Mix and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the bay leaf, whisk in the butter and hold for service.
