Ingredients
1 tsp. whole peppercorns
1 cup Madeira
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
1 bay leaf
1 quart prepared Instant Brown Gravy
Instructions
(yields approximately 1¼ quarts)Briefly sauté the Chopped Shallots in Oil. Add bay leaf, peppercorns, and Madeira. Reduce by two-thirds. Strain and add prepared No Added MSG Instant Brown Gravy Mix. Finish with butter.
