Peppercorn Sauce

Ingredients

1 qt. prepared Instant Chicken Gravy
4 oz. heavy cream
2 oz. brandy
2 tsp. whole green peppercorns
1 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
2 tsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. softened butter

Instructions

(yields 1¼ quarts)

Sauté Chopped Shallots in Oil with the peppercorns. Deglaze with brandy and add heavy cream. Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add prepared No Added MSG Instant Chicken Gravy Mix and parsley. Simmer an additional 5 minutes and finish with butter.
