Baby Lamb Chops
Ingredients
1 Tbsp. minced fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. Roasted Garlic Base
6 racks baby lamb shops trimmed & frenched
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Instructions
(yields 42 baby lamb chops or 6 racks)Trim excess fat & sinew from lamb racks and french rib bones. Combine No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base, rosemary & Dijon mustard in a bowl and blend. Marinate lamb racks with mixture and roast whole (in a 350°F oven) or cut into individual chops and sauté until internal temperature reaches 145°F internal.
