London Broil

Ingredients

1 pint prepared Béarnaise Sauce
3-1½ lb. flank steaks
¼ cup olive oil
1 Tbsp. Golden Vegetable Base

Instructions

Clean the flank steak of the fat and silver skin. Brush with oil and sprinkle with No Added MSG Golden Vegetable Base. Marinate overnight under refrigeration. Broil the steaks to desired temperature. Allow to rest for 5-8 minutes before slicing. Slice the meat across the grain at a sharp angle. Serve topped with Bearnaise Sauce Mix.
