Marsala Sauce

Ingredients

2 tsp. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
8 oz. sliced white mushrooms
6 oz. Marsala
1 qt. prepared Demi Glace Sauce

Instructions

(yields approximately 1 quart)

Heat the oil and sauté the Chopped Shallots in Oil and mushrooms. Add half of the wine and reduce until almost dry. Add the prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix, remaining wine and simmer for 15–20 minutes.
