Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients

2 cups white wine
2 Tbsp. Chopped Shallots in Oil
2 Tbsp. chopped tarragon
3 cups prepared Demi Glace Sauce

Instructions

(yields 1+ quarts)

Reduce the wine, Chopped Shallots in Oil and 2 tablespoons of chopped tarragon by half. Add the prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix and simmer for 5-10 minutes. Strain and add the 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon just before service.
