Seafood Couscous
Ingredients
4-6 drops Lemongrass Flavor
20 oz. couscous
3 cups prepared No Added MSG Liquid Seafood Consomme Prep
1 cup Chardonnay
½ tsp. chopped fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. firm fleshed fish, cut into 2 inch squares
1 lb. shrimp, peeled
1 lb. sea scallops, cleaned
½ lb. squid, cleaned and cut into rings
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Instructions
(yields approximately 10-12 portions)Bring the prepared No Added MSG Liquid Seafood Consommé Prep, Chardonnay and bay leaf to a boil. Add the oil, fish and shrimp. Return to a boil. Add the remaining ingredients. Remove from heat. Stir and cover for 5-10 minutes. Gently fluff with a fork. Serve by arranging seafood on top of couscous.
