Mushroom Couscous
Ingredients
1 quart prepared Mushroom Base
1 tsp. Roasted Onion Base
½ tsp. Roasted Garlic Base
½ tsp. fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tsp. parsley, chopped
½ tsp. oregano, chopped
½ tsp. basil, chopped
Instructions
(yields 10 portions)Combine the prepared Mushroom Base, No Added MSG Roasted Onion Base, and No Added MSG Roasted Garlic Base. Add the herbs and butter and bring to a boil. Add the couscous, stir with a fork, remove from the heat and cover. Let stand for 5-10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
