Pasta Salad

Ingredients

1 lb. small pasta
1½ cups mayonnaise
2 ribs celery, small diced
1 tsp. Garlic in Oil
1 small red onion, small diced
1 green pepper, julienne
1 red pepper, julienne
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1½ tsp. Dijon mustard
2-3 Tbsp. pickle relish
2-3 tsp. Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

(Yields approximately 10 portions)

Cook pasta in boiling salted water, drain and cool under cold running water. In a large bowl combine the remaining ingredients. Add the pasta and toss. Chill well before service.
