- 2 Tbsp. chopped shallots
- 2 Tbsp. chopped tarragon
- 3 cups prepared Demi Glace Sauce Mix
- 2 cups white wine
- 1 Reduce the wine, chopped shallots and 2 tablespoons of chopped tarragon by half.
- 2 Add the prepared |demiglacesauce| and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- 3 Strain and add the 2 teaspoons of chopped tarragon just before service.
