Vegetable Hollandaise

Serves: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. whole butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped shallots
  • 1 cup prepared Hollandaise Sauce Mix
  • ½-¾ tsp. No Added MSG Liquid Vegetable Consommé Prep
  • salt & pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Prepare |hollandaisesauce| per package instructions.
  2. 2 Sauté the chopped shallots in the whole butter.
  3. 3 Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  4. 4 Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5 Hold in steam table for service.
