A dry mix that is prepared by whipping with ice water. The finished product is a light textured, creamy smooth, Bavarian-style mousse tasting of cappuccino. It is made with real espresso coffee, cocoa and spices. It is sugar free, cholesterol free, low sodium and low calorie. This product is sweetened with sucralose, the same sweetener as Splenda®. It is freeze-thaw stable. Made in the USA.
RC Sugar Free Cappuccino Mousse Mix can be used to prepare a variety of desserts. The prepared mousse can be piped for serving, used as a filling for pies and pastries, as a cake icing or filling or as a frozen dessert. Ingredients such as chocolate bits, crumbled cookies, or chopped nuts may be added after fully whipped.
To prepare, 1 package is whipped at high speed with 1 quart of ice water. For best yield, water must be less than 38°F. The bowl and whip should be chilled beforehand. Ice cold fat-free milk may be substituted for all or part of the water, but it will change nutritional information and add sugar.
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each package has a lot code and “packed on” date.
