Each package contains measured amounts of pudding, spices, and tapioca pearls. It prepares easily with milk to yield a rich, creamy pudding. Made in the USA.
RC Tapioca Pudding Mix is used to create a popular, home-style dessert.
To prepare, add 2½ quarts of whole milk to a double-boiler, set over water and cover and bring to a boil. Meanwhile, add contents to ½ quart of cold milk and stir to dissolve. Add cold mixture to the boiling milk and stir well. Set heat to low and stir continuously for 10 minutes uncovered. Cover pot and continue cooking, stirring every 5 minutes for about an hour. Water should be at a low boil. Cooking is complete when the pearls become translucent and soft. While still hot, pour into serving containers and refrigerate. Keep refrigerated.
