Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • ½ tsp. ground cumin
  • 8 oz. milk
  • 8 oz. beer
  • 2½ quarts prepared Instant White Cheese Sauce Mix
  • 1 tsp. chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Add all of the ingredients to the prepared |instantwhitecheesesaucemix| and heat to a simmer.
  2. 2 Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  3. 3 Season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4 Try serving with shaven fried onion rings or fried leeks.
  5. 5 Add all of the ingredients to the prepared Instant White Cheese Sauce Mix and heat to a simmer.
  6. 6 Simmer for 5-10 minutes.
  7. 7 Season with salt and pepper.
  8. 8 Try serving with shaven fried onion rings or fried leeks.
