RC Creamy Pesto Sandwich Sauce Mix is a dry mix containing parmesan cheese, basil, garlic and other seasonings. The prepared sandwich spread adds the classic flavor of pesto to sandwiches, wraps, paninis and crostinis. This product adds upscale taste and appeal to your menu.
The product is prepared in a mixer using water and full fat mayonnaise. Reduced or Low Fat mayonnaise may be used, although the finished product may be thinner.
RC Creamy Pesto Sandwich Spread may also be used dry as a rub or to season breading and stuffing. The prepared product can also be used as a dipping sauce, or a topping for entrées.
