About Umami Sensations

Taking its name from Japanese, umami is known as the “fifth” taste.  Umami brings out the “WOW” factor of flavor for everyday dishes like soup, sauces, salad dressings, entrees and desserts.   As the taste of umami itself is subtle, it blends extremely well with other tastes to expand and round out flavors.  Umami Sensations is a full line of Umami, encompassing 10 unique powders – all designed to bring out multiple layers of flavor.
