Product Usage
As a Base – Prepare stock by dissolving product in water. This makes an excellent foundation for creating or enhancing stocks, sauces, and gravies. Use prepared stock to create home-style soups or to enhance pasta or rice dishes. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
As a Seasoning – This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, salsas, chilies and stews. Use the dry base to season dressings, dips, spreads, vegetables, rice, mashed potatoes and flavored butter or oil. Sprinkle on to season, or use instead of salt. Packaging
Packaged in HDPE (BPA/Phthalate free) jars or pails. Each container has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
