Product Usage
Serve RC Hunter Sauce as is or use it as a base for other brown sauces. Marsala, Madeira, and Chasseur are just a few sauces that can be prepared using RC Hunter Sauce. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
To prepare, 1 jar of RC Hunter Sauce Mix is added to 2 gallons of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared sauce can be held on a steam table or refrigerated for later use. Smaller quantities may be prepared.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE jars or pails with a lot number and “packed on” date.
