Blueberry and Pineapple Agua Fresca

Ingredients
- 16 oz. RC Blueberry Coulis Mix, prepared with water or pomegranate juice
- 64 oz. pineapple juice
- 32 oz. coconut water
- ½ tsp. RC Kaffir Lime Leaf Extract
- 16. oz. club soda or another carbonated beverage
Instructions
- 1 Mix prepared RC Blueberry Coulis Mix, pineapple juice, coconut water and RC Kaffir Lime Leaf Extract together and keep refrigerated until ready to use.
- 2 Pour the Blueberry and Pineapple Agua Fresca base mix into a tall glass filled with ice.
- 3 Top with 1 -2 oz. club soda or carbonated beverage and serve on the rocks.
- 4 Dust rim of glass with sugar or spices, garnish with a lemon or lime twist, whole blueberries and mint sprig.
