Peach Tea Smoothie

Peach Tea Smoothie Serves: 1- 12 oz. glass


  • 4 oz. brewed black or green tea
  • 4 oz. fresh or frozen peaches
  • 2 oz. Greek yogurt, vanilla flavored
  • ½ tsp. chia seeds
  • ¼ each banana, slices
  • 3 oz. RC Peach Coulis Mix, prepared
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • fresh peach slices for garnish


  1. 1 Add all the ingredients to a blender, cover tightly and process on high until smooth.
  2. 2 Pour into a tall glass, garnish with fresh peach slice and serve immediately.


Value Added Suggestion:
Add protein powder for a super nutritious smoothie.
