Kiwi Coulis Mix

A coulis is a thick puree or sauce.  Fruit coulis can be used as a dessert sauce or a plate garnish.  RC Kiwi Coulis Mix is an off-white powder containing dehydrated kiwi fruit and kiwi seeds.  It prepares easily with water to create a flavorful, brilliant green kiwi coulis fruit sauce that can be used immediately.  It is packed in a 1-pint squeeze bottle, with a dropper top, that serves as both a mixing and application container.  When dry, the product may be stored at room temperature. Made in the USA.

Product Usage

A coulis is used to create exciting plate presentations for both savory and dessert dishes. By using the dropper top, a thin line of coulis can be plated to create designs, or added as a finishing fruit sauce. Several flavors may be used for an attractive color contrast.

Packaging

Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free HDPE bottles. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.

Product Storage

Store dry product in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated.

Shelf Life

12 months. Prepared product should be used within 7 days.

Ingredient Statement

Dextrose, fructose, sugar, dried kiwi, xanthan gum, sunflower oil, maltodextrin, citric acid, propylene glycol alginate, silicon dioxide (anticaking agent), sodium citrate, potassium sorbate (to retard spoilage), ascorbic acid, sodium caseinate (from milk), caramel color, malic acid, mono and diglycerides, natural tocopherols, yellow 5, and blue 1.
Contains a bioengineered ingredient.
