Product Usage
Turkey Gravy is traditionally served with roasted turkey, mashed potatoes, and stuffing. RC Turkey Gravy is an ideal accompaniment for hot open face turkey sandwiches. It may also be used as a base for creamed turkey dishes, casseroles and soups. Defatted pan juices can be used to further enrich the gravy. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas or suggested uses.
To prepare, 1 jar of RC Turkey Gravy Mix is added to 1 gallon of water and heated to a boil while whisking. The prepared gravy can be held on a steam table.
