Prepared, the product creates a deep golden stock with a robust roasted vegetable flavor and aroma plus subtle background notes of chipotle peppers, cilantro, cumin and lime. Completely vegetarian, this product contains no meat, dairy or egg products. The base contains no monosodium glutamate. Made in the USA.

As a Seasoning – This base will enhance stocks, soups, sauces, gravies, salsas, chilies and stews.
