Product Usage
Hollandaise Sauce is traditionally served with fish, vegetable and egg dishes. A classic example is Eggs Benedict. RC Hollandaise may be used as a Grand or Mother Sauce to create Sauce Béarnaise, and a multitude of other sauces. Contact RC Fine Foods for recipe ideas.
One package is prepared by heating contents in a double-boiler with water and egg yolk. Only a pot made of stainless steel or other non-reactive material should be used. The sauce is finished with butter.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.
