Ingredients
- 1 – 4.5 oz. bottle RC Raspberry Coulis Mix, prepared
- 1 – 16 oz. pkg. RC Whipped Topping Mix
- 1 qt. ice water
Instructions
- 1 Freeze mixer bowl and whip for at least 1 hour before using.
- 2 Prepare RC Raspberry Coulis Mix to label instructions and keep refrigerated.
- 3 Add prepared RC Raspberry Coulis Mix to the frozen mixer bowl, then add ice water and RC Whipped Topping Mix.
- 4 Prepare mixture to the RC Whipped Topping Mix preparation instructions and chill before using.
Notes
Value Added Suggestions: Use additional RC Coulis Mix or RC Instant Pastry Cream Mix to stuff the cupcakes. The RC Instant Pastry Cream Mix can also be flavored with your favorite RC Flavor, Color or Extract.
