Product Usage
RC Instant Pastry Cream Mix may be piped or spread to prepare a variety of desserts. Among its many uses are éclairs, cream puffs, cannolis, Napoleons, pies, tarts, pastries and cake filling. RC Pastry Cream may be enhanced with RC Extracts such as Banana, Almond, White Chocolate or Peach to create flavored creams. Contact RC Fine Foods or check our website for recipes.
To prepare, the contents are whipped with 1 quart of whole milk for 6 minutes. Product is then ready to be piped or spread. For best results, pipe product within 1 hour of preparation. Keep prepared cream refrigerated.
Packaging
Packaged in BPA/Phthalate-free poly packages. Each package has a lot code and “Best If Used By” date.

Product Storage
Store bags in a cool, dry place. Prepared product must be kept refrigerated or frozen.
