Plant-Based Creamy Buttermilk and Herb Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 2 qts. Silk Vegan Heavy Cream
- 1 – 8 oz. pkg. RC Siena Dressing Mix
- 8 oz. apple cider vinegar
- 1 qt. fresh lemon juice
- 2 Qts. Plant-Based Mayo
- 4 tsp. nutritional yeast
- 2½ Tbsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes, dry
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- ½ tsp. salt
Instructions
- 1 In a pre-chilled mixing bowl, combine Silk Vegan Heavy Cream and RC Siena Dressing Mix.
- 2 Blend well and let rehydrate for 5 minutes.
- 3 Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
- 4 Keep dressing refrigerated until serving.
