Plant-Based Creamy Buttermilk and Herb Salad Dressing Serves: 1 gallon

Ingredients

  • 2 qts. Silk Vegan Heavy Cream
  • 1 – 8 oz. pkg. RC Siena Dressing Mix
  • 8 oz. apple cider vinegar
  • 1 qt. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 Qts. Plant-Based Mayo
  • 4 tsp. nutritional yeast
  • 2½ Tbsp. RC Umami Sensations® Mirepoix Powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes, dry
  • 2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. salt

Instructions

  1. 1 In a pre-chilled mixing bowl, combine Silk Vegan Heavy Cream and RC Siena Dressing Mix.
  2. 2 Blend well and let rehydrate for 5 minutes.
  3. 3 Add rest of ingredients and blend well.
  4. 4 Keep dressing refrigerated until serving.
